We supply and distribute puddlingclay from a works in Devon  for the construction of ponds, leats etc. it has been used on golf courses, fish farms, ponds both for  commercial and private use. When considering the quanty needed allow approx a 200-300mm layer for ponds and thicker layers if subject to erosion and heavy use.

Large stock horses, ponies and cattle can damage the lining so fencing should be considered, sheep seldom do any damage  and used to be used to puddle clay years ago
